La Aurora Preferidos

La Aurora Preferidos is a historic super-premium line dating back to 1903, when the original Preferidos helped establish the Dominican Republic’s cigar-making tradition. Each limited-production cigar features carefully aged vintage long-fillers and premium wrappers, with six distinct blends offering different strengths and flavor profiles:

  • Diamond: Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper with Dominican binder and fillers. Medium-to-full bodied, with rich notes of coffee, nuts, oak, and natural sweetness.

  • Gold: Dominican Corojo wrapper with Dominican long-fillers. Mellow-to-medium bodied, featuring cedar, nuts, toast, and subtle spice.

  • Emerald: Ecuador Sumatra wrapper with Dominican binder and fillers. Medium bodied, offering earth, oak, leather, and a touch of sweetness.

  • Sapphire: Ecuador Sun-Grown Connecticut wrapper with Dominican, Brazilian, and Cameroon fillers. Full bodied, with cedar, espresso, toast, pepper, and leather.

  • Platinum: Toothsome Ecuadorian Cameroon wrapper over Dominican binder and African Cameroon, Brazilian, and Dominican fillers. Medium-to-full bodied, with cocoa, coffee, oak, nuts, and earthy sweetness.

  • Ruby: Oily Brazilian Maduro wrapper with Dominican construction. Medium-to-full bodied and pleasantly spicy, featuring red pepper, leather, earth, and natural sweetness.
